Customer Discovery

In this module, we will cover one of the most important things about starting a bakery business: How to make sure there is a need for your products and that your local demographic matches your artistic and business style. We'll do this by creating and testing out your unique value proposition, defining your market segment, learning how to talk to customers, and practicing your customer discovery conversations. By the end of the course, you will have designed and debuted your first venture into market research and have a game plan for starting your business strong.
